Shipping policy

We currently ship within South Africa only.

 

Order processing: Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, usually within a few business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery: Orders are delivered by courier to addresses across South Africa. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on your location. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping fees: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over R750 qualify for free shipping.

 

Discreet packaging: Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. No product or store details appear on the outside of the parcel.
