By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Our products are intended for adult use only.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Products & Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible; however, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR), include VAT where applicable, and are subject to change without notice.

We accept secure payment methods, and all transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways to ensure your safety.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within South Africa only. We do not currently deliver to addresses outside South Africa.

Orders are dispatched from our premises in Parow Industria, Cape Town, in 100% discreet packaging with no product details visible on the outside. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.

Standard delivery is charged at checkout. Delivery is free on orders over R1,499. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases. Due to the intimate nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and will be replaced or refunded in full. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
